Koomer Ridge Campground is located off KY 15 and is a one-stop shop entry point for exploring the Red River Gorge. The developed campground provides 54 campsites suitable for tent camping, 19 of which may accommodate RVs with no hookups. Campground facilities include an amphitheater and bath house with seasonal showers. No dump station available. The area serves as a trailhead for Cliff Trail #206, Silvermine Arch Trail #225, Hidden Arch Trail #288 and Koomer Ridge Trail #220 which provide access to over 50 miles of trails throughout the Red River Gorge. Fees: Spring - Fall (March 14 - Nov 1, 2026): Single Site: $35 per night Double Site: $45 per night Walk in tent site: $27 per night Extra Vehicle: $10 per night Winter (Nov 2, 2026 - March 13, 2027): All Sites: $19 per night Day Use: Group Site: $45 per day Additional Vehicle Fee: $9 per vehicle per night
