About

White Sulphur Horse Camp, located near Cave Run Lake, is a primitive campground for horseback riders. The camp provides access to over 50 miles of multiple-use trails winding along forested hills and limestone ridges. Ideal for individual riders and organized groups, the facilities at the horse camp bring riders into the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest, the Pioneer Weapons Wildlife Management Area, and the Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail #100. The parking area can accommodate up to 30 vehicles with a trailer up to 50 feet long. Picket lines and a watering trough are available for horses. The campground has no electricity. Fees: Overnight Use: Single Site: $20 per night Peak Season (March 20 - October 26) Single Site: $15 per night Non-Peak Season (October 27 - March 19) Day Use: $8 per vehicle per day Non-Peak Season (Oct 27 - March 19) $10 per vehicle per day Peak Season (March 20 - October Oct 26)
